Fiscal representation

ELP is an authorized fiscal represenative in Luxembourg and in line with its own in-house customs clearance activies can offer this interesting solution to all EU registered importers .
Customs entry is being done under a specially assigned VAT number for this activity and no advance payment of VAT is required under this system .
On a monthly basis ELP will list the VAT as an Intra-Community Delivery (ICD)to
the EU importer ,who in return must declare these same goods as an
Intra-Community Acquisition .
No bank guarantee will be required .
ELP needs a written general authorisation from each client designating ELP as the clients sole fiscal representative in Luxembourg .

Deliveries can only be done on a dedicated exclusive basis and not by any consolidation service .

Client cannot pickup goods himself in Luxembourg .

Delivery must be done to the clients adress and/or clients warhouse operator
